Cage Warriors is a International MMA promotion that makes it's home in Nottingham, England. Cage Warriors has the second best card this weekend and it is headlined by H.I.T. Squad product Matt Veach (13-2) vs. Kennth Rosfort (14-3). Veach is 2-0 on the local circuit after getting cut by the UFC after his loss to Paul Kelly at UFC 112. This is Rosfort's biggest step up in competition since he KO'ed Jeff Lawson last year.

Veach has made little improvements in his game since the UFC cut him. He has been staying very active and winning fight though. No doubt a victory here could get him back into the best MMA promotion in the world.

Meanwhile, Kennth Rosfort has beaten the competition in front of him. Rosfort is a solid counter-striker who is fringe top 10 Lightweight in Europe. If Rosfort can defeat Veach, it will be his best win to date.

In the co-main event exciting athlete Jason Young (6-3) will take on submission specialist Sergej Grecicho (8-2-1). Young is really exciting to watch. He posses powerful strikes and gets by on his athleticism. Young is fearless never backing down from a fight, he has faced one of Europe's best prospects in Paul Sass. Other notable wins and losses include Abdul Mohamed (18-8-3), Tim Radcliffe (9-3), and Francis Heagney (8-4).

I'm not that impressed with what I have seen out of Grecicho. All he does is Triangle Choke really bad fighters. If Grecicho can pull off a win, he will prove to be a legitimate prospect.

Rounding out the card Che Mills(10-4) takes on Jake Hecht (6-1). Good fight, Hecht should be able to take Mills down. If Mills wants to win he has to keep it standing and land strikes on Hecht.

Really good show put together by Cage Warriors. Tickets for this event are available online at the MMA Clinic Box Office and directly from the HMV Forum Website. Tickets for the event start at £25 pounds. Doors open at 6pm on Friday 1st October with the first bout of the night due to start at 6:45pm.
