"UFC 118 Countdown: Edgar vs. Penn 2" will debut at midnight ET on Spike TV. The one-hour show will preview this Saturday's "UFC 118: Edgar vs. Penn 2" which is headlined by a UFC lightweight championship rematch between champion Frankie Edgar and challenger and former champion BJ Penn.
The show also will feature a long-awaited and hyped heavyweight battle between former multi-divisional UFC champion Randy "The Natural" Couture against boxing veteran and IBA heavyweight champion James "Lights Out" Toney. Also featured will be a lightweight contest between former two-time title challenger Kenny Florian and undefeated Gray Maynard in what could be a title eliminator.
"UFC 118: Edgar vs. Penn 2" will be live Saturday from TD Garden in Boston.
The show will replay for the first time at 7 p.m. ET Wednesday and several times thereafter.
