A lot of movement with Chael Sonnen dominating Nate Marquard at UFC 109. Vitor Belfort will probably drop the next go round due to being out for long long after shoulder surgery. Maia jumps up a couple of spots, and Lawler reappears after the comback victory over Melvin Manhoef. Akiyama drops due to inactivity. Jake Shields will take on Dan Henderson and probably get destroyed on the next Strikeforce card in April.
