In a month billed as "Brocktober," UFC fans will finally get their final look at the man the month was coined after: UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar.
The final edition of "UFC Primetime: Lesnar vs. Velasquez" debuts at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT tonight on Spike TV, immediately preceeding "The Ultimate Fighter 12." This is the third in a three-part series that documents both Lesnar and No. 1 contender Cain Velasquez as they prepare for their championship bout at "UFC 121: Lesnar vs. Velasquez" on Saturday at Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif.
Lesnar is fresh off his come-from-behind second-round submission win against Shane Carwin at UFC 116 in July. He'll be making the third defense of his championship against Velasquez, who, at 8-0 in his career, has stopped all but one of his opponents by KO or TKO. In February, he became just the second man to stop former PRIDE heavyweight champion Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, knocking him out in the second round at UFC 110. He is 6-0 in the UFC.
This show will serve as the final televised hype prior to Saturday's gigantic heavyweight championship bout.
