You may have seen Matt posting fanposts, and/or commenting on different topics. Here's an excerpt about Matt from his bio:
Matt Bishop, 23, has been a mixed martial arts fan for several years. He is currently a student at Michigan State University, where he has been a long-time staff member of the student newspaper, The State News, where he currently serves as the Sports Editor. In his time as a reporter, Bishop covered some of the biggest MSU sporting events of the time, including the 2005 NCAA Tournament, which saw Michigan State beat Duke and Kentucky in Austin, Texas to move on to the Final Four in St. Louis. He also traveled to Colorado Springs, Colo., to cover the MSU hockey team in the 2008 NCAA Tournament.
In his free time, he enjoys playing hockey and golf and shedding a tear while watching his old PRIDE DVDs.
His favorite fighters are Randy Couture, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Wanderlei Silva with fellow Spartans Rashad Evans and Gray Maynard not far behind.
