There wasn't much movement overall with the majority of the top fighters recovering from fighting near the end of 2008. However, we did see Renato "Babalu" Sobral creep back into the LHW top ten. He's quitely won 5 fights in a row. We had a little movement in the middleweight rankings with Marquardt moving up after finishing Wilson Gouveia. Demian Maia also moved up a slot with his domination of Chael Sonnen. There's quite a few fighters changing weight classes and that always screws up things in terms of how the rankings go. So expect to see some big changes in the next month or so. We could also potentially see some changes in the LHW and HW rankings with some major fights happening at UFC 96 next weekend.
