Matt, Neil and Forrest will be LIVE! at 12:30 a.m. ET/9:30 p.m. PT to review tonight's UFC Fight for the Troops 2, part of the UFC Fight Night series. The show was headlined by a lightweight bout between Evan Dunham and Melvin Guillard and a heavyweight bout between Matt Mitrione and Joey Beltran.
Also on the card was a pivotal featherweight contest between Mark Hominick and George Roop.

Melvin Guillard is very much in the same mold as Chael Sonnen – as long as he fights guy’s who aren’t super strong submission players, he’s going to win. But put him in with a guy with a strong guard, he’s going to get tapped.

As I re-watch the broadcast on Spike, I wonder:
A) As much as I like Pat Barry, how did he win this fight?
B) Which judge ruled it 30-27?

Wiki claims that Cheick Guillaume Ouedraogo is fighting Shane Carwin in Vancouver. I have no idea if that is true or not, as I don’t follow either dude, but the matchup makes me laugh and laugh.

What A Show
This entire show is one of those shows. I mean, as wacky as WEC 48’s recap or The War On The Mainland recap! The way things are going, this recap could last for two MORE hours.

Well, I’m sure that in a day or two they’ll have up their usual for at least one of the matches on the show. I guess that they just started doing “event statistics” to try and be Compustrike, I suppose.

To bring up something that was briefly on Brown’s Wiki page, it said that he lost due to “TKO (Fail)”, which is appropriate, and I only saw like the last half of the fight, and I already know his performance was TRBL

UPN doesn’t even exist any longer. A few years ago it merged with The WB to form CW.
Yeah TJ, this entire show has been one of the wackiest in LOR history.
Give it a year or two and the CW will be gone too

Soon enough I’ll listen to both episodes… or at least try to make it through them. These days I’m more eager to just stop listening to the download when he starts getting really stupid, like blaming his stupidity on his allegedly awful memory, or what have you.
