Matt, Neil and Forrest will be LIVE! at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT to talk all the latest in mixed martial arts, including Brock Lesnar and Junior dos Santos being named coaches for "The Ultimate Fighter," more on Strikeforce's heavyweight tournament and much more. They'll also engage in another rousing and stellar edition of the "Lightning Round."

I Hate Microsoft!
Well, I doubt that I’ll be able to listen to much of this show live today, as for almost the past two hours (and also for part of Monday) I had to deal with a huge mess with my computer and Microsoft Security Essentials. I won’t get into it (despite the fact that computer nerd Neil might be interested) but it involves having problems even trying to uninstall it, running system restore many times… and I’m really pissed off now, a la that Lex Luger drop that Bishop has played in the past.
Sometime during the show, it has to be brought up that apparently, a few days ago Coker said that the match they wanted Herschel Walker to be in for January 29th was against DON FRYE. This must be discussed.

Yeah, from what I have heard, Japan has one strange culture. The oddest things I’ve heard are way too graphic to be mentioned in a PG show thread like this!
