BJ Penn looks to return to the Octagon in November. When considering Penn's past distaste for fighting overseas, UFC 123 on Nov. 20 in Detroit seems a strong candidate for Penn's first non-title fight since 2007, rather than the Germany card one week earlier.

In return i think these 2 losses were good for B.J. He needs to move up in weight and fight at 170. He fairs so much better with guys that are bigger than him. He just doesn’t need to come in exactly at 170 come in about 15 lbs lighter, so that the weight is lean muscle and not fact (IE BJ v. GSP 2). In fact the perfect fight for B.J. is John Fitch.
