Matt and whoever else he can wrangle up will be LIVE! at 1 a.m. ET/10 p.m. PT to review Friday night's Strikeforce Challengers 10, which featured a four-woman 135-poound tournament, King of the Cage: Imminent Danger, which featured a heavyweight title fight between Tony Johnson and Daniel Cormier and a junior welterweight title fight between Bobby Green and Daron Cruickshank, and Saturday's War on the Mainland which featured three championship fights and notables such as Tim Sylvia, Paul Buentello, Jens Pulver, Thales Leites and Matt Horwich.

I wasn’t expecting a show tonight, that’s for sure, but it’s a pleasant surprise.
I didn’t watch any of the Disaster on the Mainland show (apparently, the attendance was only a few hundred, and I’m sure not all of that was paid) as I went to an indy wrestling show near Orlando. I know, I know, but indy wrestling can be much better than the crap you see on TV, plus it’s always a lot more fun and personable. Plus, I hung out with people I knew.
I haven’t even really looked at the thread for the Mainland show, except that I know the main event is still going on, and that apparently the event is as TRBL as everyone predicted.
I just want to say that I DEMAND Forrest go on one of his epic rants, and I demand the target be Bryan Alvarez and his complete sham of a recap of this show, which consists of not much recapping at all (he flat out says that “I won’t lie, I watched almost none of this.” concerning the CO-MAIN EVENT and spending most of the recap slobbering all over the nuts of Matt Horwich for reasons that I can’t even comprehend in all of the drooling paragraphs he spent on his fight and the aftermath.
I must hear Forrest roast Alvarez for delivering one of the worst recaps of anything I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

Which was better… Moosin in May or the Mainland show? It sounds like Moosin was actually much better!

I now wish I would have stayed in and watched this show instead of going out and about; I usually enjoy watching car crashes like this.

Yeah, Bryan is atrocious when he talks about MMA. Pro wrestling, he’s fine, but mixed martial arts, hell no. He should stick with roasting Total Nonstop Action instead.

I was a bit perturb to hear that Strikeforce outsourced their undercard to Rage In The Cage. They didn’t construct the undercard, RITC did! They can’t promote fights on the smallest level

IMO
This is just the very base of many of their issues. If you can’t generate interest localy how can you make money? How can you develop new prospects? To me this is a base to many of their problems
