Matt, Neil and Forrest will be LIVE! at 4:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. PT to talk all the latest in mixed martial arts.
The trio will preview three shows — Strikeforce Challengers 10, which features a four-woman 135-poound tournament, King of the Cage: Imminent Danger, which features a heavyweight title fight between Tony Johnson and Daniel Cormier and a junior welterweight title fight between Bobby Green and Daron Cruickshank, and Saturday's War on the Mainland which features notables such as Tim Sylvia, Paul Buentello, Jens Pulver, Thales Leites and Matt Horwich.
They'll also talk all the fallout from last Saturday's "UFC 117: Silva vs. Sonnen" and engage in another edition of the "Lightning Round."

The Expendables
But, in much happier news, even though I’ve been a little under the weather this week, I still went and saw the midnight debut of this movie, and I thought it was pretty amazing. It’s a great new version of an old-school 80’s action film and it more than delivers. I highly recommend it to everyone.
In MMA speak, Big Nog and Little Nog barely appear in it (although you do see them) and Bishop’s Boy Randy does a fine-enough job for being a relative acting newbie.

The first 25 minutes were off-topic… yet great at the same time. I enjoyed it. It’s not like a lot of time SHOULD be spent on Strikeforce tonight and there isn’t too much else to discuss.
