Reportedly, Mayorga's return bout will likely be in Germany, challenging for Felix Sturm's middleweight title. This is probably a good fight for both fighters - it makes Mayorga some money and keeps him in the spotlight, and it provides Sturm with his biggest name opponent in a long time, as well as a good start to his new 10-fight contract with German TV network SAT1. If Mayorga can't come to terms, it appears that Sturm's backup plan would be to face Marco Antonio Rubio."
