Patrick Cote (13-6) and Tom Lawlor (6-3) have agreed to meet at UFC 121 in Anaheim in a middleweight match-up on the card set to take place on October 23.
The bout was confirmed to MMAWeekly.com by sources close to the fight who indicated bout agreements for the match-up have been issued.

It’s a setup fight for Cote. Lawlor has no punching power and no cardio. Lawlor will probably take Cote down and control him for the first round, then gas and get knocked out in the second or lose a decision.
I suppose Lawlor could submit Cote, but I wouldn’t bet on that.
