We both help each other out with our fights and especially for our upcoming fights against Chael [Sonnen] and [Yushin] Okami. Anderson actually told me that after sparring with me, and after fighting Okami, Yushin has nothing for me. He knows what Okami has, so we've been working really hard to understand how he moves and how to counter back. He's got a lot of great stuff that he's showing me."

He got highlight reeled by Matt Hamill, almost knocked out by Kendall Grove, and rightfully should have lost a decision to Nick Catone………………..and Yushin Okami, one of the very best 185 pounders to ever lace up the gloves, has nothing for him?
Yushin Okami is either going to lay him out on a stretcher, or he will win a 30-25 decison over him after he drops him 3 times in every round. Mark Munoz might have the worst chin and worst striking defense of any fighter in MMA history. He might go on to give Jonathan Goulet a run for his money, in that regard. This fight was made for a reason, and it wasn’t to test Okami’s wrestling post-Sonnen. It was made to make Okami look like a stud after he boxed the dog crap out of Lucio Linhares – the look on Joe Silva’s face during that fight was priceless. So, they set Okami up with a guy who’s chinny and is very hittable. Okami is going to look like some killer on the feet, and it will propel him to bigger and better things in the divison.

The latter, yes but the former no way dude. For me, in my humble opinion, the fight game is all mental and regardless of where your homies be at you don’t go knocking their confidence for the sake of honesty.
How do you think Chael beat Nate? I’m sure Dan didn’t knock him from his perch…
