My buddy works in a food court that has beer
And they had some of the old bottles, and the new bottles. Popped ’em both and poured them, and the vortex bottle poured SLOWER!

Dammit, yet another show I did not know about in advance, so I was out and about today and just got back recently. I should be around for next week’s UFC shows, though. I’ll have to listen to the download and find out what all the “Why you mad?” is about.
Eh, that's just business as usual
Expect there to be one Friday starting somewhere in the neighborhood of 2-4pm, maybe one earlier in the week.

Yeah, I did hear on the show that there’d be one on Tuesday too. I won’t complain about three shows within the span of one week.
Anyhow, the show was fine entertainment; I should’ve known that Forrest was ranting about Fitch (it would be either him or Barnett). Him getting MAD is always fun to listen to (although before you brought it up, Neil, I also thought, “Hey, screw the fans, they shouldn’t tell you to be entertaining? What about Jon Fitch?” I have to disagree with Forrest there. I mean, he himself wasn’t happy about GSP and how he fought in March. The caveat of “having skill” doesn’t really work with me.
I enjoyed all the discussion, from the wrestling to old action films and UFC 114 buyrates and all the rest. So, I’m glad I got to hear it, even if I did it via download rather than hearing it live.
Oh, and that strange song that Bishop played during the show, it was Mope by The Bloodhound Gang. I have to thank Google for telling me that. Bishop picking out an odd tune from an odd group is astounding to me, given what he apparently usually listens to. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was Forrest who picked it out, as it seems more his style.

Yeah, I mean, there are guys that will have their jobs for a while because they’re “exciting” and “put it all out there”. Jason MacDonald would’ve been cut a long time before he was if not for his popularity, same with Houston Alexander. But you can’t have your cake and eat it too; saying at one point that playing to fans is important, and the next that they’re not? I don’t think so. Evans will be a successful fighter, but there’s a reason that nobody gets amped up about “the next Rashad Evans fight”, but you just drop the name “Wanderlei” and heads start to turn. I don’t think fighters should be fighting against their strengths, but if you’ve got a boring fighting style.. well, there’s a reason Jon Fitch ain’t on the poster. Or even on the broadcast, for that matter.

LOL
I love how Forrest stands up for Rashad not fighting for the fans, but venom is spewed on to Fitch. Forrest stop being mad at Fitch.
