def. Kris McCray: $8,000
Matt Hamill: $52,000 ($26,000 win bonus)
def. Keith Jardine: $55,000
Chris Leben: $70,000 ($35,000 win bonus)
def. Aaron Simpson: $13,000

def. Spencer Fisher: $26,000
Rich Attonito: $16,000 ($8,000 win bonus)
def. Jamie Yager: $8,000
John Gunderson: $10,000 ($5,000 win bonus)
def. Mark Holst: $6,000
Brad Tavares: $16,000 ($8,000 win bonus)
def. Seth Baczynski: $8,000
Kyle Noke: $16,000 ($8,000 win bonus)

def. James Hammortree: $8,000
Travis Browne: $12,000 ($6,000 win bonus)

So it's possible that Jardine could have made over 100K with a win(considering the win bonus is usually double the base)? I wonder if that along with his performances of late give him the axe?

IF
that is their logic that is risible… the man has a better recent record to the best of my humble mma knowledge, including that devastating headkick ko over munoz and those boys be making more paper?
that shit is cold, i would have hoped this was a performance based sport first and foremost…i actually despair for fighters when i see this kind of shit (though in this instance the staph sub-plot balances it out when i think about it more clearly…)

Well
Jardine may very well be on a contract he signed shortly after beating Liddell or Vera…so…who knows.

Tis called managment
Greg Jackson’s crew, or guys training there who have the same management, have alot more leverage than a loner (hamill).
As for Leben, he might be a doofus, but I dont think anyone can say the guy is ever in a boring fight, and he wins consistently in dramatic fashion.
