Man if that's not motivation I don't know what is.....
Rashad made about half a mil if you include sponsors! Dan Lauzon has never had a W in the UFC and still made 15 G’s!
The harder you work, the luckier you get.........

With numbers like $80k/40k, I'd say so
Usually the UFC is more like $60k/60k, unless you’ve got mega-tenure.

Bisping’s payout is very odd. $190K(is extremely high) and only $15K of it was win bonus? Never seen a contract structured like that before.
Some people are like Slinkies... not really good for anything, but you still can't
help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs...
Congrats
On the MMAPlayGround victory. Kicked my ass.

Prolly still TUF pay, (both contestant and coach)since he got the exposure on that his contract will be higher

Eeh.. not really
TUF contracts are pitiful, to be honest. That “six figure contract” is over something like five or six fights, and includes win bonuses. So you’re looking at around $8k/8k, ramping up somewhere in the range of $15k/15k. Coaches get paid, but it’s for the TV time and doesn’t carry over to their normal salary.

My guess, is he has good management. Something alot of guys dont get, and basically bend over to fight for the UFC instead of looking to take proper care of themselves first.
