Brandon Garner (8-1-1), ranked the # 2 pro bantamweight in the Carolinas by MMA For Real's rankings, was victorious in the main event of Saturday evening's Carolina Fight Promotions card in Wilmington. He defeated Paul McAdams (3-3) by TKO in the 2nd round . Congratulations to Brandon!

Not if he was in the act of shooting, the referee views it as your own fault if you get caught in the act of shooting as a knee is thrown, as technically its when the knee is thrown that determines legality, not when it lands.
