Joe Warren = Lay n' Pray

anyone else irritated he gets a win over Karkhanyan who was working to finish the fight....half the fight was Warren with his head buried in Karkhanyan's stomach occasionally throwing punches.

he can be the greatest wrestler ever, but it doesn't mean he's a mixed martial artist. i hope he gets some more wins via hammerfist then someone else catches him like Bibiano did.
This isn't a post to hate on wrestling....just a post to hate on guys that think "fighting" is putting your head on another dude's chest and hammerfisting for 3 rounds after each takedown: not looking to pass or advance position, avoiding a few subs...and then thinking you're the man.

Part of why I like MMA more than boxing is the myriad of tools to FINISH....this isn't boxing. You have however many submissions, punches, kicks, knees & elbows to finish....no excuse for the lay n pray. Laying on top is not fighting.
