Matt, Neil and Forrest will be LIVE! at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT to talk the latest in mixed martial arts, including the preliminary bouts of UFC 112 and Wednesday's episode of "The Ultimate Fighter 11."
In the first hour, they'll be joined by undefeated light-heavyweight prospect "King" Mo Lawal, who will fight Gegard Mousasi for the Strikeforce light-heavyweight title at Strikeforce/CBS Saturday Night Fights in Nashville next Saturday.
In the second hour, the trio will be joined be rising middleweight fighter Jake Rosholt, who will fight MMA pioneer and former UFC title contender Jeremy Horn in the main event of King of the Cage: Bad Boys II, which will air live next Friday on HDNet from Detroit.

The LOR crew will return Friday at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT to complete their UFC 112 preview. Plus, they're expecting to be joined by Ohio Athletic Commission Executive Director Bernie Profato barring any last-minute scheduling conflicts near the beginning of the show to talk about Ohio bringing in a cruiserweight division for amateur MMA and more regulation issues.

Ask him this….with the way that Strikeforce isn’t promoting Jake Shields as the champion…ask him if he’s worried that they won’t promote him as well if he beats Mousasi to win the LHW title.

Hey now, a big butt is a good thing, and I’m a white guy saying that. Sure, not as white as Neil apparently is, but still… no matter the color of the lady, if she’s got it there, it’ll catch my attention, at least. And yeah, there is quite a bit of “talent” around Central Florida too, and that I always approve of.
I only started listening to the replay, as I had a busy night. I’m sure it was good stuff as I enjoyed the earlier King Mo interview from last year. Also, I didn’t say it at the time but I enjoyed the show a few weeks ago where Forrest broke down why Gomi was destined to not do well against Florian, and he hit the nail right on the head.
Oh, and I feel Neil’s pain at losing HDNet as that happened to me last year and I’m still not that delighted about it.

A while back on a post I said some stuff about this old man in a real fight and some dude actually got so mad about it that he emailed me, saying all sorts of stuff about how he’d beat me in a fight, how I watch naked men rolling around (MMA), and other hilarious things. Pretty funny stuff!
