Vera thinks he is better than he really is.

I cant wait to see Jones put a beating on him. The “new” Vera will just be the same Vera as always. After he loses he can go fight on Challengers cards with Kerry.

be the stimulus that awakes Vera. im well aware that this is going out on a limb but imma reverse my pick and go with Vera on this one. I think Jones just gave him an incentive he shouldnt have (not that Vera should need one…but lets face it, he looked overly relaxed) and that Vera comes out and finally surprises alot of people taking advantage of Joneses heightened emotions…
