WEC 48: Aldo vs. Faber

Yes, you read that right.  The WEC will be featuring countdown show for their WEC 48 PPV which will be headlined by the WEC featherweight title fight between former champ Urijah Faber and current champ Jose Aldo.  The show will air on Versus and will be similar to the UFC countdown shows we are accustomed to watching prior to their PPV events.  The only weird thing about this is the time that these show will air on Versus.  The initial airing of the show will be at 4pm ET on April 21st.  Then encores of the show will air on April 23rd(5pmET) and April 24th at 6pm ET, which are times that are different than the usual 11pm ET time slot used for most of the UFC countdown shows.  I hope that they hope that everybody has DVR.  The WEC officially has 9 fights listed for the WEC 48 PPV event that will take place on April 24th at 10pm ET from Arco Arena in Sacramento, California.  Check out the lineup after the jump.
