Wild Bill's Fight Night 25: Thoughts and Results

Promoted To Frontpage From Fanposts Section By Kelvin Hunt

David Oblas and Undisputed productions again put on a great night of fights at Wild Bill's. A few fights dropped off the card and there was also a couple of last minute replacements to save the card. During weight-in's Junie Browning missed wieght by .8 pounds and refused to cut the weight. David Oblas saved the main event by compensating Aaron Hall and Junie did not have to cut the weight. I talked to Junie off the record and he complained of an injury and that is why he could not cut the weight.

What I wanted to do differently from this time is instead of me giving a recap of what happened I decided to let the fighters tell you themselves. I want to apologize for my awful camera work.

Wesley Barnes vs Michael Kimbrell: Wesley Barnes armbar R2

Star-divide

Allen Little vs Ulli Pohl: Allen Little UD

I didn't get a chance to talk to Little after the fight. I was a good fight, Ulli Pohl was massive. Pohl had a significant reach advantage and Little took that advantage away by consistently putting Pohl on his back. A really good win for Little.

Mikey Poling vs Jesse Wabie: Jesse Wabie Unanimous Decision

I missed this fight and the next fight due to me getting interviews with fighters I will post later.

Travis Knight vs Andrew Higgins: Travis Knight Unanimous Decision

Sorry guys, I wish I would have caught this one. I heard a lot of cheering going on and people said that this was a good fight. Disappointed I missed it.

Nate Ford vs Scott Farhat: Scott Farhat TKO R1

John Cofer vs. Joe Elmore: Joe Elmore TKO R2

Brian Keler vs Will Kuhn: Will Kuhn TKO R1

Andy Robert vs. Eric Kriegermeier: Eric Kriegermeier Rear Naked Choke R1

Tim Gawenda vs. Dustin Chovanic: Tim Gawenda Unanimous Decision

Before you see this video as you can tell by Gawenda's face this was a Great fight!  Both men were swinging for the fences and tearing each other up. Gawenda was a 1 week late replacement and won the fight! Also I am very embarrassed about forgetting Mr. Chovanic's name. I interviewed Mr. Chovanic about 2 hours before I shot this video.

Aaron Hall vs. Junie Browning: Aaron Hall TKO (Injury) R1

Would you guys want to see more of these recaps?

Junie Browning

Declined to speak to me on record. It was werid… He had no trainer with him and with only two fights left ahead of him he got tapped up. Not sure if the commishion was there to watch his hands being tapped. I can only assume they were tho. I think he was out in the crowd during the fights rather than in the locker room getting warmed up. Weird…

Good stuff, man. Hate to hear that Dustin lost. Sounds like it was a good scrap, though.
