Report: Tim Sylvia vs. Wes Sims Rejected By Ohio Athletic Commission
From MMAJunkie:
The Ohio Athletic Commission has turned down a proposed heavyweight bout between former UFC heavyweight champion Tim Sylvia (25-6) and "The Ultimate Fighter 10" alumnus Wes Sims (22-13-1) at the as-yet-unnanounced "Adrenaline MMA V" event on March 20 in Youngstown, Ohio.
The bout was deemed 'non competitive', and therefore will not take place. Wes Sims is coming off a one sided loss to Bobby Lashley at the Strikeforce: "Miami" event. Sims had actually agreed to this bout prior to taking the fight with Bobby Lashley on short notice. Sylvia hasn't fought since September 2009, a TKO win over Jason Riley.

Oh the lolz!
I don’t think that this fight is non-competitive, to be honest. I mean, they’re talking about the guy that got TKO’d by Lashley fighting the guy that got KTFO’d by Ray Mercer. Honestly, I laughed a LOT when I first saw this, because of the absurdity of it all.. the fight, and the cancelation of the fight.
