Absolutly not. Aderson has jui-jitsu that will at least be competitive against demian if they hit the ground. But silva puts it all together far better. He has to much reach, speed, and accuracy on the feet. Itll either gonna look like the thales leites fight, or he will get pick up apart on the feet.

I hope he doesnt’ wade in there like that against Silva….Sonnen was connecting somewhat…I can only imagine what Silva would do.

Yeah, Demian is going to have to be VERY careful to pick his spots. At the same time, he can’t freeze up and be overly passive. He’s got to make the most of any opportunity that he has and get it to the mat.

Yeah

but it it seemed like he didnt have a tremendous amount of power behinds them. I’m a fan of Maia and I will be rooting for him though.
