Could be one of those ‘no smoke without fire’ things. But it’s so much circumstancial evidence and speculation regarding this particular situation that I’ll be happy to give anyone their I-told-you-so moment in exchange for me currently remaining sceptical.
There’s quite a few interesting fights for Brock on offer (Frank Mir isn’t one of them).

For every media outlet parroting every comment made by Dana or the Fertitas, or anyone else, ALL SAYING THE SAME THING, over and over. Everybody thinks it’s news, but a big part of that word are the first three letters: NEW. It’s nothing new; it’s been more than two months since Lesnar’s fight and Dana saying “he’s ours, he won’t participate in WWE”, and for some reason people keep talking about this like hasn’t been the same thing day after day for sixty-plus days.
You know what's really fun? Not being a raving lunatic. Give it a try some time, you might just like it!

He was suspended 45 days, 60 for the cut, and 6 months unless he gets cleared by an eye doctor. Odds are he’s seen a physician since then, unless he had some surgery that the media didn’t pick up on.

The only one that hasn’t run its course is the 180 day suspension, and he could probably have that cleared tomorrow if he wanted to.
Walter Cronkite wasn’t known as Kid Cronk for a fucking reason.
