UFC 109 Prelims: Melvin Guillard vs. Ronny's Torres/Mac Danzig vs. Justin Buchholz To Air On Spike TV

Sources close to the the Feb. 6 event told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) the one-hour broadcast will include Mac Danzig (18-7-1 MMA, 2-3 UFC) vs. Justin Buchholz (8-4 MMA, 1-3 UFC) and Melvin Guillard (22-8-2 MMA, 5-4 UFC) vs. Ronnys Torres (14-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC).

Of course this continues the trend of the UFC airing preliminary fights on Spike TV before their PPV broadcasts.  The prelims for UFC 108 garned an average of 1.5 million viewers, which is slightly more than prelims for UFC 103, 104, 105, and 106.  It's possible that more prelim fights could be shown as that has held true in the past events.
