It was the night of the comeback for Robbie Lawler.  Melvin Manhoef was stalking Lawler the entire first round, landing combination after combinations.  He was clearly damaging the lead leg of Lawler with kicks, and finishing off his hand combinations with kicks.  It appeared that he had Lawler hurt once or twice, but Lawler weathered the storm.  Lawler ate a leg kick that almost took his leg off, and then threw a right hand that caught Manhoef right on the chin.  Manhoef was stunned then kinda went down in slow motion.  Lawler followed him down to the mat to deliver two big shots before the referee stopped the fight.  Big win for Lawler.
