I see Maynard over Diaz but I really hope Diaz shows some kind of poise, patience and improvement. For a freaking fighter who usually sports a decent reach advantage with his long limbs he does very little to use it. Maynard is a wrestler who is beginning to get comfortable standing . . . kick the crap out of his lower legs, neutralize his mobility!
Alas, this is Diaz we’re talking about and he has yet to really demonstrate any mid-game adjustments to make a difference in a fight.
