UFC 103 Results: Josh Koscheck Defeats Frank Trigg Via TKO In Round 1

UFC welterweight fighter Josh Koscheck (12-4)

The fight starts and both fighters start out cautious with nothing significant landing.  More circling and feinting and then Koscheck lands a big right hand that hurts Trigg.  Trigg goes down and Koscheck pounces with several unanswered punches and the referees brings a stop to the fight.

Trigg looked sluggish as all hell… I’m not very impressed here because as I said: this probably only validates the delusion that Kos is a knockout artist.

Well

not entirely…I look at it like this….Koscheck needed a win…against a name opponent….that didn’t really pose a threat….enter Frank Trigg..
