ufc messed up when mike goldberg.......

said roger huerta was waving goodbye before the decision was announced hmmm. the ref for the carlos condit fight blew too (hmmmm maybe on purpose) the challenger jake e. had carlos knocked down twice in the first round and he did not stop it. even though condit was out of it for 2 seconds. did you see his broken orbital bone when they announced the decision. go back to the j. hendricks vs amir s. when the ref charged in to declare hendricks the winner while it was obvious amir was getting up. conspiracy’s anyone?

by wolfmanshowlforever on Sep 17, 2009 12:09 AM EDT reply actions

lol

Nah…Huerta is/was leaving the UFC regardless of the result…there was no question he lost that fight IMO…inregards to Condit…I thought the referee did a good job in that fight…plus the refs work for the commission…not the UFC…plus it wasn’t the same ref that was in the hendricks/sadollah fight…obviously they wouldn’t won’t Sadollah to lose that fight with him being the winner of TUF 5….

oh boy you must believe in the tooth fairy and boxing in general

the second brock lesnar fight with mir was fixed. it was what was best for the sport. i counted on that when i won my 500 dollars. i’ll give you another one. vitor belfort beats rich franklin b/c they ain’t gonna have franklin fight silva for a third time. they would want silva/ belfort ,count on it. dana white is the new don king.

No, wolfman’s completely right. In fact, Zuffa also is responsible for the economic recession, swine ful and the cancellation of my favorite sitcom. It was their plan all along for Roger Huerta to miss tons of his strike attempts.

Sorry, can’t spell. It’s early.

by Rich Wyatt on Sep 17, 2009 5:38 AM EDT up reply actions

no, dana used liddell until he had new ufc headliners

then liddell got knocked out brutally three separate times. randy c will lose to brandon vera but white and zuffa corporation can still use randy c. as a name everyone knows. why else would they give him a 6 fight contract. your way behind the times dude. lmao! any predictions from you? i had money on condit before the fight even started but i’m a fair man and know that ref should have stopped the fight in the first round. i’ve seen many other fights in the ufc stopped much faster with alot less damge. also never said huerta won the fight. waiting for future preditions for ufc 103 this saturday. please enlighten me lol!

by wolfmanshowlforever on Sep 17, 2009 12:52 AM EDT reply actions

Are you serious?

They tied up with a 6 fight contract because he’s old, and there’s no way he can do all 6 fights. IE he can’t go to Strikeforce or any other organization and make them a pile of money.

As for the rest… I have no idea where you’re getting some of these ideas. The reason that a lot of refs and judges make bad calls is, quite simply, because they’re bad at what they do. UFC match making is what it is, and thinking that they set dudes up to lose.. well, they do, but it isn’t like Randy hasn’t overcome that a LOT of times in his career. Brock beating the bejesus out of Mir wasn’t any different from the first time they fought, the only difference is that the second time around Brock hit him in the head enough times that the fight was stopped before Mir pulled off a half-hearted submission.

cal/neva sportsbook has a money line on all the ufc 103 fights

i’ll give it to you tommorow. i’ll pick, then you will pick. will see who has bragging rights. i can tell you two right now. belfort +130, cro cop + 120 are my first two picks. the rest tommorow.

to neil i just looked up your picks for ufc 102

rotflmao! you picked every loser in the top four fights. guess you did not hear that lebon did not train for the fight. lebon is a major alcoholic. you still don’t get it. randy c. got that contract from zuffa b/c he is a name everybody knows in mma and can market him but he will lose 5 of the six fights if he even gets that far. he will only fight people on the rise and rise they will over the 46 year old. for mr hunt. i see we like florida state. i just happen to like byu. i will feel your pain after the game. lol. byu -6 1/2 points byu 35 fsu 21. peace out! ramble on!

by wolfmanshowlforever on Sep 17, 2009 1:34 AM EDT reply actions

uess you did not hear that lebon did not train for the fight. lebon is a major alcoholic. you still don’t get it.

He’s always been big on the sauce, among other things. Have you ever seen Rosholt fight before that fight? You know, hands down, chin forward? This is the first fight that he’s actually learned how to back away, and use footwork, even if it wasn’t that good. I’d like to see your picks for the event, although I’m sure that you got them 100% correct.

randy c. got that contract from zuffa b/c he is a name everybody knows in mma and can market him but he will lose 5 of the six fights if he even gets that far. he will only fight people on the rise and rise they will over the 46 year old.

Did I say that he was going to beat anybody? He’ll probably get by Vera (although I think that’s a garbage fight all the way around), but beyond that it doesn’t matter who he fights, or who he loses to. Like I said before, they tied him up for the rest of his career because if he goes somewhere else, people will pay to see him. He can be fighting scrubs off the street and folks will still pay good money to see him. It’s just like re-signing Tito: he isn’t going to beat anyone good, but he’ll put butts in seats, and money in the promoter’s pockets. Zuffa is just making sure it isn’t someone else making the money.

you just agreed with me on randy c. neil

bdw same deal all the fights and money lines out tomorrow. they did not bring cro cop back a second time to lose. we will see. nobody wins even 70 percent off the fights but i certainly had marquadt over maia. maia was always a one trick pony. nate m is much more well rounded fighter . i’ll tell you another future fight. expect noguiera to fight mir again. i wonder who will win, nog so he can fight lesnar after lesnar dispatches carwin. peace out to my ever increasing fan base. if you want a real challenge go against me in college football. it’s all there on vanquish the foe, byu blog and obnug a boise state blog. both teams are 2-0 against the spread and i predicted all four with scores. they were written before the games took place. just go check and see unless it’s past your bedtime.

condit and gray maynard picks are on bloody elbow

cal neva only had 6 fights you could bet on fight night. they only do all the fights on the ufc pay per views. i just checked cal/neva’s sportsbook pamphlet. they only have line’s for six of those fights for ufc 103 but the rest will come out manana. i also take josh k -340 vs trigg. are you just betting with friends or some gambling website? i’m on the west coast and they only showed five fights then tuf 10 reality show came on. i had money on condit and think he should have been tko’d. that is how fair i am. part of my betting strategy is what would be best for the ufc for future fights. i’ll give you another fighter who got robbed was alan belcher when he fought that asian guy. he won that fight easily with hands and feet but he lost in split decision. the asian guy could barely walk out for the decision. i admit i had belcher and he was a major dog like he was with d. kang. i was pissed but what the ufc wanted was the asian guy to win b/c they had a big story on him in their magazine.

by wolfmanshowlforever on Sep 17, 2009 2:57 AM EDT reply actions

And “that asian guy” not only tooled Belcher, but he’s also 13-1 and has been ranked top-10. Meanwhile all Belcher is known for is an absolutely awful tattoo. There’s a reason that Belcher was so heavy underdog: he’s a mediocre fighter, and Akiyama is world-class.

This conspiracy theory that the UFC is fixing fights is pretty baseless, by the way. The athletic commissions pay the refs and judges, not the UFC. The UFC doesn’t pick them, aren’t allowed to pick them, and besides the time that they’re backstage giving instructions to fighters (ie no low blows, etc) they don’t spend any time with them. All the UFC can do is make fights, and if the fighters can’t win then it’s their own fault.

you got to be kidding me!

belcher destroyed kang in a fight he was not supposed to win and he kicked that asian guys azz. he hit him with his legs so many times you could see the welts all over his legs. you could see that not only did the asian guy barely walked back to the center of the ring for the decision, you could see he was generally surprised he won. plus you make my case for me. the dude is 13-1. of course he got the decision. they want him to fight the elite guys. i still made money he was a major dog vs kang and i took him. what happened there was he knocked out kang so it could not goto a decision. what is the matter 20/100 vision. lol! still want an answer your not betting real money are you. it’s easy to pick when there is no money on the line. can’t wait till tommorow. since you probably can’t afford it i’ll give you an imaginery 100 dollars per fight. then will apply the moneylines. peace out and good luck. your gonna need it!

by wolfmanshowlforever on Sep 17, 2009 4:15 AM EDT up reply actions

You probably will definitely outdo me in the picking of correct outcomes. And if not it could only be because the state athletic commission and the fight promoter conspired to fix the fight. Oh, and while I admit that the Belcher vs. “Asian Guy” fight could have been scored in a number of ways. Let the Compustrike record show that for this fight Akiyama didn’t exactly lay an egg against your boy:

Total Landed Strikes:
Akiyama 99 of 217 for 46%
Belcher 78 of 179 for 44%

Total Ground Strikes:
Akiyama 14 of 33 for 42%
Belcher 1 of 5 for 20%

Takedown Attempts:
Akiyama 3 of 3 for 100%
Belcher 0 of 0

Dominant Positions on the ground:
Akiyama 2
Belcher 0

By the way, I predicted the outcome of this fight correctly. Although I called Akiyama by “Asian-ness” in the 2nd. Didn’t think it would go to the cards.

by Rich Wyatt on Sep 17, 2009 5:51 AM EDT up reply actions

plus you make my case for me. the dude is 13-1. of course he got the decision. they want him to fight the elite guys.

You know, the fact that you make the case for guys to win because the promotion “wants” him to based on his record is retarded. He’s 13-1 because he’s a GOOD FIGHTER, not because they want him to win. And according to the stats Rich pulled up, it appears as though your boy with the equally retarded tattoo lost on all fronts.

roger huerta only had two fights you could bet on legally in nevada

he lost to gray m. and kenny f. i had both those guys. so i won money. as for the picks this is a money thing. who could not pick most of the favs to win. no this is for money. it’s whoever makes more money on ufc 103. you must know something about moneylines b/c you had randy c. at -170. where did you get that number from? you picked lebon over rosholt and i can’t think of of fighter in all of mma who has worse tattoos than lebon. now your picking fights b/c of tats. lol! so you are just betting with friends in michigan. how come you called randy c money! (meaning you really thought the old man was going to pull it out) at -170. usually people who bet at home just decide who is going to win. no moneylines b/c the average mma fan does not want to do it that way. they think all things should be equal. as for the belcher fight you did not count the knockdown belcher had. more later as the moneylines come out. why do i get the feeling neil is going to pick all the favs to win. i already have two underdogs in the main attraction and will have more. ramble on!

roger huerta only had two fights you could bet on legally in nevada

Considering that four of his fights in the UFC have been in Vegas (not counting his other 17 fights), I find that hard to believe. Of course, being that I don’t live in Vegas I can’t say that for sure, but you’re clearly the leading authority so you’re probably right.

he lost to gray m. and kenny f. i had both those guys. so i won money.

Sure you did. And I’ll point out that both Florian and Maynard were both favorites (Maynard being a heavy favorite). But that doesn’t really matter, nor does what is your seemingly spotless betting record.

you picked lebon over rosholt and i can’t think of of fighter in all of mma who has worse tattoos than lebon. now your picking fights b/c of tats. lol!

You claimed to have read my picks for that event, and between that and what I’ve said in this thread you think I picked Leben because of his tattoos? That’s retarded.

come you called randy c money! (meaning you really thought the old man was going to pull it out) at -170. usually people who bet at home just decide who is going to win. no moneylines b/c the average mma fan does not want to do it that way. they think all things should be equal.

I called him money because Nog had looked terrible every fight leading up to that fight, and Randy is a good wrestler. Go read the picks post I put up, instead of just counting the wins/losses. I don’t do moneylines at home (unless it’s big, we’ll do 2:1 if there’s only a few people involved); just because we bet on fights doesn’t mean I turn into a bookie.

as for the belcher fight you did not count the knockdown belcher had.

Ok, so Belcher had a knockdown. This ain’t boxing son, a knockdown doesn’t get you a 10-8 round.

i guess you don't remember your comment about belcher

he is only known for an ugly tattoo and is a medicore figher. he fights again according to the ufc site at ufc 107. medicore fighters do the ufc fight nights much better fighters get on the main attractiion. limited betting opportunities on fight nights. the whole card for the pay per views. got it! i pick only competitiive dogs, not crazy james irvin +650 odds when he fought anderson silva. i’ll give you another one when rob emerson fought manny g. he was a +325 dog. he was coming off tuf show looking like a wimp b/c he would not sweat out the weight. remember he fell out of the suana. anyway i figured he would have so much anger at how they portrayed him that he we beat manny g. he did in 30 seconds. manny g fought nobody’s to get to the finale vs diaz and the dude is only 5 foot three although the list him as 5 foot 5 inches. easiest money i ever made. manny lost again in his next fight and now fights in the wec unless his contract has been cancelled. peace out ramble on!

So on your four picks (of four of the more obvious fights) you went 3-1, and successfully showed you don’t know anything about Huerta, or why SI picked him for their cover shot. Throw up some picks on the whole 103 card and we’ll see how you do.. ideally before all of the MMA media outlets make theirs.

i know your getting your moneylines from some internet site

the vegas and reno handicappers do not put fights at -139. it’s always -135 or + 140. the cal/neva line on ufc 103 came out a week ago. of course the moneylines are changing. i would not be surprised if belfort was the favorite when fight time comes. example : remember when rashad evans fought griffin for the lh title. it started out +140 for evans. it ended up -120 evans. i took evans early and so did alot of other people. evans is my favorite fighter. he has made me money in every fight except machida fight. i’ve liked him ever since he was on the tuf show and he picked up 6 foot 7 inch. 275 pound brad i. and threw him down. that was mad dog strength. as wall street would say don’t be the last sucker in, you will lose your shirt. i’ll give you one of my many free t-shirts i have gotten. i’ve always been a humanitarian. lol! peace out and after college football mma is the greatest sport in the world. ramble on!

already got three picks on here and the rest manana.

that would be 9/17/09 two days before ufc 103. so i never said i knew anything about roger huerta. just looked up his past fight record. according to media outlets huerta is on his way to a movie career .good riddance. i guess they picked the wrong guy for si. should have picked rashad evans. still did not answer where you bet at or is it all gentlemen bets. meaning not real bets monopoly money. better be here tommorow to make your picks b/c i’m putting the whole cal/neva ufc 103 moneylines out 9/17/09 7pm west coast time.

by Rich Wyatt on Sep 17, 2009 5:53 AM EDT up reply actions

so i never said i knew anything about roger huerta.

Sure you did! Here’s your post…

the two wins i guarantee are carlos condit and brock larson defeating their opponents i also like cb dollaway and gray m. huerta has alot of victory’s in mexico to inflate his record. plus he had that sports illustrated picture to increase the hype around him. don’t believe the hype. gray m. will drop him on his head like he did to frankie edgar. ramble on!

So let’s see… Huerta hasn’t ever fought in Mexico, and he didn’t have SI do the photo, they decided to do it on HIM at UFC 69 when they were there to photo bigger stars. And if you didn’t know anything about him… well, it’s your own fault for not knowing he’s a decent fighter who is trying to get a movie career going.

Being that betting on fights in Michigan is illegal, all the money I make is off the guys that show up for fights at my place. You think you’re pretty hot, but I don’t see why you’re waiting for lines to come out to make ‘em. If you’re so brilliant, you should be able to make them without lines, really.

it's funny you have fedor on your profile licking ice cream cones.

here is some more information i know you don’t have but will claim to have. the reason why fedor would not sign with the ufc was b/c of his mangement team. they wanted a piece of the ufc which is owned by zuffa productions which is turned owned by the ferttita family. why would ufc owners give fedor’s mangement team anything. they were not there since the beginning and the ufc has only been profitable since late 2007, early 2008. that’s the only thing i will agree with dana white about. did you see white making his comments on video on the jim rome show. he is becoming exactly like i said. the don king of mma. there is an early line on a fedor/ lesnar fight and it’s +300 for lesnar. i would take lesnar in a second although the line would surely come down the longer it would take the fight to take place or even at all. all lesnar has to do is learn the crucifex position and he could beat anybody in the world. that position is when you are on top of your opponent trapping his arm with your leg so no submission’s can take place. matt hughes used it alot in his fights.i hope we learned something today kiddie’s. class dismissed. peace out. ramble on!

martin k, tyson g, cole m drew m. jim miller. jason brilz v. matyushenko. rob emerson

that is 11 picks out of the 13. i need to do more research on the two lesser known fights. but will definitely take another dog out of those two lesser known fights. cole miller is a +150 and drew m. is and even fight. tyson g. is -240 martin k is -160. the rest of the money lines are not out. i can’t force the cal/neva to put them out. they told me by tonight and that is what i said i would do last night. josh k -340 belfort +130 cro cop +120. peace. the last two picks in an hour. now your turn.

You talk a big game about picking dogs, and the dudes you go for are practically even. Belfort is as high as +110, Filipovic is even some places, and miller is as high as +120. I don’t know where you’re seeing Mcfedries as even, because I’m seeing between -139 and -110. Why don’t you go big with a real dog like Daley or Lopez?

i suppose some off shore costa rican sportsbook. these are cal/neva odds. now you know more than the handicappers in vegas and reno mr 2-10. i will not pick between the last 2 of the 13 fights b/c they don’t even have pictures on the ufc website (3 out of the four guys) i have never seen any of them fight so it would be unwise to gamble on those two fights. kinda like you knew absolutely nothing about todd duffee. lol! you two are totally clueless about the nevada scene. i have three dogs , one even match and seven favorites. i don’t see your picks. I saw mr hunt’s monopoly money gambling mma blog. what a joke. you guys keep playing with funny money while i’ll make real money. how many people listen to your radio show. 5-8. no doubt only family and friends out of sympathy towards you! peace out. ramble on!

by wolfmanshowlforever on Sep 18, 2009 5:29 PM EDT up reply actions

5 out of 11 is better than 2-10 and i won the biggest fight of the night

belfort was a +130 dog but was bet down to on even fight. i loaded up my money on him and cro crop. actually that was a good strategy b/c they were both small underdogs but i knew at least one of them would win. guarenteed profit since both were underdogs. guess cro cop is too old. it’s a young man’s game. i can’t complain, it was a good college football day. the washington huskies, texas tech, georgia and tennessee were all big dogs except georgia. bad day for the utah teams. at least utah competed. byu is a major dissapointment. the boise state money train keeps rolling and nobody can beat them for the remaining nine games. i hope they get texas in the fiesta bowl . my favorite blog is boise state’s. boise state for the last 11 years has been far and away the best covering the spread team. my predictions for ufc 104 will be on this very thread. ramble on!
