UFC 102 MMA4Real Betting Game Results

So we finally made up some ground on our competition with UFC 102.  I must apologize since I failed to get my picks in, which would have gotten us an additional 8 wins and 3 losses.  So the beating could have been even worse for them.  We had some tremendous outings by a couple of members in regards to pts and wages.  All of the results can be found after the jump.

As you can see, RRlawer had an outstanding day with the pts.  In fact, he finished in 4th place on the ENTIRE playground with 91pts.  However, it's unfortunate that those picks didn't result in a lot of money betting wise.  It was still good enough for second place though.  Kneetotheface made an astounding $17,858 dollars on what turned out to be a BRUTAL card for a lot of folk betting wise.  Here's a look at where we are for the season:

So even though I missed the event, I'm still in the thick of things :).  I plan on making a triumphant return at UFC 103.  Below is where we are numbers wise with the competition at BE.  As you can see we have made up some ground, and there are 7 events left.  So it's about to get popping like bacon in the pan from here on out!

I thought the there was a lot of room for successful bets with this event. Compare to the UFN event that is up next – just about every fight is a squash match. It will be hard to make any money without a reliable parlay.

I put about 1100 on Duffee/Vera/Rosholt. I was pretty livid about how the Rosholt/Leben fighy was going until the end. Totally worth it.

I got 91pts and missed the Nog/Randy fight not bad. this is the first one I have ever done. I guess it is just beginers luck

Almost every major MMA site (that does predictions) failed miserably at picking this event. Couple of betting favorites fell HARD.

Bloody hell.

I remember you had a few record months like half a year ago or so… is the traffic increasing at a satisfactory rate?

Bloody hell.

Yea

Actually…we’ve had a record month every month we’ve been here with SBN…I just stopped making the announcements and/or just was too busy to do so. Traffic wise we are doing very well…the only problem is getting those that join the community to stay and become active like you and quiet few others around here. That’s where yall come in…we need the active members in the community to help educate the new members and all that good stuff :).

Season so far:

= your team losing in every area.

by Eugene Schelfaut on Aug 31, 2009 6:24 PM EDT up reply actions

Haha…I love the back and forth. Weird. There’s a larger pick % differential separating the 2nd place team and the 4th place team than there is between the 4th place team and the 23rd place team. You gotta like a team that talks junk for being 3% more accurate in picking the correct winners.

Basically

Not to mention with the volume of members they have…they should be blowing us out of the water….but they are not…
