Light-heavyweight bout
Brandon Vera vs. Krzysztof Soszynski
Round 1 — They trade big shots early. Leg kick by Vera. Knee to the body by Vera. Soszynski lunging in. Another leg kick for Vera. These are already adding up. Huge uppercut just misses for Vera. Soszynski goes in and they clinch against the cage. Vera turns it around and they break. Vera keeping Soszynski at bay. They trade body shots. Straight right connects for Vera. Vera goes high and it's blocked. Back to the leg. Vera pushes Soszynski against the cage and throws knees to the body. They break. Jab lands for Soszynski. Jab and drive for a takedown for Soszynski is stuffed.

Round 2 — Soszynski smiles as the round begins. Big overhand left lands for Vera. They trade jabs. Soszynski lands a shot that grabs Vera's attention. Vera lands a knee going away out of the clinch. They clinch against the cage. And break. Vera's mouthpiece goes out after a head butt but referee Herb Deans stops it right as Soszynski drives Vera against the fence for a takedown attempt. Soszynski goes for a double but can't get it. Soszynski tries again and gets it to the ground with 55 seconds left. Vera immediately gets to a knee. Back up.

Round 3 — Vera gets flashy with a spinning back kick early. Lands a left. Soszynski lands a left. Clinch against the cage. Soszynski goes for a double but Vera grabs a kimura and it stops the takedown. They trade knees out of the clinch. Vera gets a takedown out of the clinch against the cage with 2:40 to go. Soszynski works back to the feet with Vera on his side. Vera lands a knee. They clinch and Vera lands a knee below the belt. Soszynski walks it off. They clinch and Vera lands a few shots. They both land good shots with one minute to go. Right hook for Vera. Both men getting tired. Body kick for Vera with 30 seconds left. Soszynski lands a kick left with five seconds left. They trade and it's over.

Middleweight bout
Nate Marquardt vs. Demian Maia
Round 1 — Maia tries a high kick that's blocked. Marquardt lands a huge right on a lunging in Maia that flips Maia out. Marquardt doesn't pile on and the referee makes the save.

Middleweight bout
Chris Leben vs. Jake Rosholt
Round 1 — Rosholt lands a leg kick. Feeling out process. "Leben" chant fires up. Just trading leg kicks right now through 100 seconds. Rosholt lands a shot but Leben answers. Knee by Rosholt and he pulls guard but Leben has him up against the cage. Rosholt is cut. Back to the feet. Leg kick for Leben. Rosholt lands a leg kick. Lots of circling. Rosholt lands a nice shot. He drives Leben against the cage and takes him down and mounts him with just less than a minute to go. Rosholt steps out and looks for a weak guillotine. Rosholt lands a shot that hurts Leben. Back to the feet. Leben runs in and lands a shot. Leben misses three wild shots as the round ends.

Round 2 — Rosholt lands a combo and gets too confident and Leben drops him with a wild left. Leben into half-guard and Rosholt appears recovered. Rosholt reclaims full guard. Rosholt looks to push off but he can't. Rosholt hanging on looking for a standup and he does get it. Rosholt evades a Leben left. Leg kick for Rosholt. Leben answers. Leben with a high kick and lands a big left straight through the guard but Rosholt is OK. Foot stomps for Leben as they clinch against the cage.. Rosholt is talking to him. Rosholt is angry about the foot stomps and gets a takedown. Leben is cut near the side of the right eye. Half-guard for Rosholt. Rosholt stands and lets Leben up. Leben trades near the end.

Round 3 — Middle kick for Leben. Rosholt times a kick and gets a takedown into half-guard. He lands a shoulder strike. Rosholt uses an arm-triangle to take mount. Nice elbows by Rosholt. Rosholt trying to takes his back and he locks in a perfect arm-triangle choke. It's deep and Leben goes out. Great finish by Jake Rosholt.

Light-heavyweight bout
Keith Jardine vs. Thiago Silva
Round 1 — Jardine rushes in early after a nipple tweak. Jardine lands a vicious leg kick. Jardine looks confident. They both throw kicks and Jardine ends up on his back. They end up back on the feet. After an exchange, Silva drops Jardine and puts him out on the ground.

Heavyweight bout
Randy Couture vs. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira
Round 1 — Huge "Randy" chant before the fight even starts. Couture lands a combination. Jab for Couture. Nogueira lands. Huge right for Randy then they in fight. Nogueira tries to pull guard but Couture backs out. Lunging right lands for Couture. They clinch in the center of the cage. And break. Nogueira drops Couture. He's hurt bad. Nogueira looking for a D'Arce choke. It's tight. Nogueira is cracking it. Couture trying to hang on and Nogueira lets it go. They stand. Leg kick for Nogueira. Right for Couture. Huge right for Couture. They trade and both men land. Another huge combo for Couture. These two are going at it. Not a lot of defense here. Nogueira cut under the left eye. They are swinging wildly in the center of the cage. The crowd is going crazy. Couture lands a right. They clinch against the cage. They rest after a wild first 4:20. They clinch to end the round.

Round 2 — Jab for Couture. Leg kick for Couture. Nogueira tags Couture and hurts Couture. He goes for a guillotine but Couture immediately slips out but goes into Nogueira's guard. Big elbow by Couture. More elbows for Couture. Nogueira sweeps him into mount. Crazy. Into half-guard. Nogueira working for an arm-triangle. It's almost sunk. Nogueira looking to free the leg. He mounts. Nogueira punching to try to get Couture to make a mistake. Couture gets out but is still mounted with 90 seconds left. Back to half-guard. Couture scrambles back with 1:05 left. Crowd on its feet. They trade inside. Huge left hook by Couture but Nogueira is fine. Knee to the body by Nogueira. Leg kick by Nogueira.

Round 3 — Nice combo by Couture. Nice left by Couture. Nogueira lands several shots and staggers cCouture. He drops Couture and goes with hammerfists. Couture is barely defending and he somehow survives. Nogueira passes to side control. Randy's side is against the cage. Nogueira working some punches. Nogueira looking to mount but Couture looks ready to escape if he makes the move. Halfway through the round. Couture trying to get up but Nogueira jumps on his back. One hook in but he is very high. Ninety seconds left. And Couture reverses and ends up in Nogueira's guard. Randy has to make a move here in the final minute. Couture attempting elbows but doesn't seem to have a sense of urgency. Final 10 seconds. Crowd is roaring.

Man…Nog won that fight fairly easily IMO…I know I’m biased as hell…but he dropped Randy in the first and third…had two close sub attempts(arm triangle and anaconda)…he swept Couture twice…Randy landed some GnP and a couple of uppercuts on the feet…but that was about it.
