Why Brian Bowles In The WEC Bantamweight #1 Contender

This is a neat little highlight about Brian Bowles, who will be challenging Miguel Torres at WEC 42 for the WEC bantamweight title.  Bowles is actually undefeated at 7-0 and has finished every one of his opponents.  Bowles was originally scheduled to face Torres at WEC 40, but suffered a back injury prior to the fight.  Torres then faced Takeya Mizugaki, in what turned out to be an absolute war in which Torres took quite a bit of damage.  Do you think Bowles has learned anything from that fight to have a chance of upsetting one of the best pound for pound fighters in the world?

Brian Bowles can straight up throw down, but I’m with BDW. Don’t see him getting the ‘W’ here. Watch out after he gets a little more experience, though.

For some reason I thought he had more than seven fights…
