Bisping Vs Henderson - who here ACTUALLY thinks Bisping has a shot?

Why Bisping is in for a world of hurt.....For those you that have forgotten just who Dan "Hollywood" Henderson has fought on his resume.

Star-divide

Bisping will never finish Henderson. Unless he pulls a Nog and just gets old in the space of one punch.....does anyone here think Bisping can marathon run around the octagon en route to a decision? Seriously. I want to know.

Any thoughts on guys Bisping has beaten other than Leben that had a set of skills comparable to Henderson (Leben has the chin unless he's fighting A. Silva - no shame there)????

I’ll probably be picking Dan but I definitely think that Mike has a good shot.

I dont think he does.

Dan is way too experienced and still has a lot of fight left in him. his last 2 losses were to Rampage and Anderson so I don’t think he is anywhere near done. I think the fight is going to be like when Randy beat Tito.

Furthermore, aside from GSP/Alves and Bones Jones fighting, Im not even looking that forward to UFC 100. I’m actually looking more forward to Affliction and seeing Fedor/Barnett and Mousassi/Babalu.

...some call me "el mexicutioner"...

Yeah, Bisping seems to have trouble with strong wrestlers (Hamill, Evans). He also knows that he lacks punching power; his stated game plan for Leben was to stick and move and win a decision. Hendo’s never been knocked out, and he’s a strong wrestler. Mike will probably try to use the same strategy he used on Leben, but I don’t remember Chris going for many takedowns, so that definitely changes things. As far as all that talk about Mike trying to outwrestle Dan? I don’t believe it for a second. Bisping likes playing head games, and even he can’t be that stupid.

Well

The only way Bisping wins this fight is via decision. He’s not going to KO Dan…he’s not going to submit him. He’s not going to outwrestle Dan..I don’t care what his team says…lol…that’s laughable…BUT with the right game plan he can beat Henderson.

He will give up takedowns to Henderson…the key for Bisping is to get back up to his feet…which I think Bisping will be able to do at times…it just depends on how much time he stays on his back in this fight….

Henderson hasn’t looked the best in his last few outings….he won a lackluster decision against Palhares…and won a questionable decision against Franklin…he IS 38 years old…I wouldn’t be surprised if Bisping won a decision. I think he can win the standup part of this fight, as he is correct in that Hendo only has the big right hand and that’s about it….this one will be interesting…

Bisping is a squirmy bastard to hold down… picking his shots and staying elusive he might actually win this on points. I fear this fight will be incredibly boring… too bad it’s not Franklin/Bisping.

Bloody hell.
