Report: Tyson Griffin vs. Hermes Franca At UFC 103

According to MMAWeekly:

 lightweight contest between former contender Hermes Franca and Xtreme Couture standout Tyson Griffin is expected to take place at UFC 103 in September.

Multiple sources informed MMAWeekly.com that both parties have agreed to the fight and bout agreements should be signed shortly.

 Hermes Franca is coming off a knee injury suffered earlier in the year, and Griffin is coming off a win against the always tough Rafael Dos Anjos at UFN 18.  Before the knee injury, Franca bested Marcus Aurelio at UFC 90 in what was a big feud at the time.  Ironically, both Griffin and Franca have losses to Sean Sherk and Frankie Edgar.  This is a fairly intriguing match up, as Franca is very slick on the ground and we saw Dos Anjos have Griffin is several tights spots in their matchup a while back.  Griffin's standup is probably more refined, but the game could change if Hermes can land one of those big donkey punches like he did against Spencer Fisher.  Who are you rolling with in this one if it comes to fruition?
