Chuck Liddell Video Blog - April 2009 (via UFC)
I found this video the other day and I really liked it. I couldn't find it on here so here it is. Liddell talks about a lot of stuff in this so be sure to check it out if you haven't seen it yet. It shows a little of Chuck's training which is something he doesn't release much of so it was cool to see.
I think that Shogun will come into this fight in a lot better shape than he has the past few times. He has really been working on his boxing and I hope his conditioning. He needs to turn in a great performance and gain some momentum in the UFC.
Liddell is at that point where he can't have anymore average fights. He needs to stay focused and dominate Rua. Which I think he will. He seems to have that spark back in his eyes. He has also been through a great training camp this time and should have the skills to take Rua out. I'm going with Liddell via 2nd round KO.
So what do you guys think of this fight?

I posted this video up the day it came out…this would have been a good fanpost though. So thanks for contributing…Shogun has to come in shape for this fight or he’s getting KTFO…I’d love to see him pull out the W though.
