“Ken was taking legal over-the-counter products, and based upon our preliminary research, I’m investigating if those products were the result of these findings.  Ken is willing to submit to immediate testing in Sacramento to prove his innocence."

Well, you pretty much knew this was going to happen.  There was no way that Shamrock was gonna say "Yea, I took them" and let it ride.  What's the deal with these guys taking all of these over the counter products anyways?  I mean there's only so many you can take that's really beneficial to you.  Throughout my baseball career, I took protein powder, a multi-vitamin, and creatine.  That's it.  Why not take the product to the commission beforehand to have it tested to see if it contains illegal substances?  I mean it's only your future that's on the line, or in Shamrock's case, the little legacy you have left in this sport.
