Chuck Liddell And Tito Ortiz To Coach TUF 11
UFC president Dana White announced that Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz will coach on season 11 of The Ultimate Fighter. The season will end and feature a 3rd fight between the two aging fighters. Chuck Liddell has won both previous bouts via TKO back at UFC 47 and UFC 66.
The 11th season of TUF will feature middleweight fighters and will air on Spike TV in April 2010.
How interested in seeing the two guys coach on TUF 11, and do you want to see a third fight between the two?

Ortiz vs. Liddell III = Couture vs. Coleman.
I don’t mind it but it doesn’t excite me. Hopefully TUF will be decent.

I just found this out. I was actually at the TUF finale. I probably will put up a fanpost about it tomorrow. Also, Kelvin, you was right bout Kimbo, I was wrong. I was really surprised how tenative Houston was.

A TUF season with two past their prime fighters as coaches?
I think I will pass. I’m sure it will be the “best season ever” too.

Aren't past-their-prime fighters perfect though?
They can’t perform as well as they used to, but they have a wealth of knowledge, isn’t coaching the perfect job for them?
If it was more relevant fighters, someone else would just be up here complaining about how TUF is holding up the division.

Am I really excited that these 2 are going to fight? ehh, a little.
However, TUF is mainly about the fighters, and their interactions in the house. The coaches provide some entertainment and drama in the gym. I mean, its Tito, of course there is going to be enough coach drama this season, and I don’t think Chuck will be able to handle for too long without getting annoyed. Chuck seems like a pretty funny guy outside the ring, Tito acts like he is 14, so it should be some quality entertainment.
Hopefully we get some good Fighters in the house, I think both Tito and Chuck will do great from the coaches standpoint.
Whatever it takes?
