Sean Sherk Reportedly Out Of UFC 108 Fight Due To Injury
The Northwest Indiana Times is reporting that former lightweight world champion Sean Sherk (33-4-1) is scratched from his upcoming UFC 108 fight with Jim Miller due to an injury. "The Muscle Shark" was replacing Tyson Griffin, who himself was injured during training. It is unknown at this time if anyone will replace Sherk or if Miller will be left to fight on another event instead. UFC 108 has had several well publicized fighter injuries already associated with it. However, as all MMA fans know, it's often the cards that you least expect which provide the most entertaining fights.

Joke?
It started as a joke, and now it’s just downright absurd. With this many guys dropping off, they might as well scrub Saturday’s WEC and move those guys up to 108, and do a replay of Faber vs Pulver.

haha
I honestly think that guys need too train smarter…and not harder….I know MMA is a contact sport and all…but injuries in training seem to occur all too frequently.

I think full-time fighters need to get married to nurses.
