Whenever I watch Fedor training in these blogs, I always have this feeling that they don’t really show the real training he goes through. Sometimes his training seems a bit…well, amateur.
I could see people doing things like that and being champions ten years ago, but in 2009?
Yea
well…he has said that they haven’t changed much since he first started…..so it’s worked for him thus far.
