Now brace yourself for this. Apparently another heavyweight fighter is out of the running for his previously signed bout. I know, shocker! Seriously, though, it has been a little bit of a run of bad luck recently for scheduled heavyweight fights. It happens. According to Yahoo's Steve Cofield, Gabriel Gonzaga is out of his scheduled January 2nd UFC 108 fight against rising heavyweight Junior Dos Santos. It is unknown at this time who, if anyone, will replace Gonzaga on the card. We wish this 11-4 UFC veteran the best and hope he gets well soon. That staph infection is nothing to mess around with. It will be interesting to see if they still try to give Junior a match on this card. What would you like to see?

I know Todd Duffee pulled out of 107…..could he do 108? That would be asking a lot of the young fella though.
