Who wants to see women participate in mma?

I have always like watching woman fighting on showtime. they usually outperform many of the men who have boring fights. i rather watch sarah kaufman or gina carano fight then watch that snoozefest named jake shields.if woman can help fight terrorism around the world they sure have the right to participate in mma. i hope dana white changes his mind one day. if not, i'll continue watching strikeforce on showtime. more woman are coming up thru the ranks too so one day there will be enough for a few more weight classes.

The problem is that the women’s divisions are incredibly shallow… I have absolutely no objection against women’s MMA though (nor do I think anyone should have).

Bloody hell.

I don't think Dana will be the one to do it

let some of the smaller shows build up the talent pool. Once some names emerge, then the UFC can start collecting them

strikeforce will increase the women's talent pool

i was writing on another mma site about who the coaches could be on a tuf show since everybody is soo unhappy about this season’s heavyweights. i still like watching sarah “albino” kaufman beating the zhit out of some damsel in disrtress. lol.

Quick question for those that consider themselves fans of women’s MMA: Do you enjoy watching women’s MMA as much as, say, a UFC event? I’ve enjoyed watching several women’s matches, but to be 100% candid I’d be lying if I said I enjoyed them as much. I suppose that people could disagree on the cause of this. I must also admit that I don’t enjoy watching women’s college basketball as much as men’s basketball, or softball as much as baseball.

Women’s MMA is the only sport that I can watch…everything else is just boring….unless it’s women’s beach volleyball or something :)

unless it's women's gymnastics the only other sport i like to watch them in is mma

i used to get free tickets from the va to the huntsman center in slc to watch the lady utes. they have won 10 national championships in their history. by far the most of any program. it’s weird thinking utah is womens gymnastics center of the universe.

Honestly, no – few female sports are on the level of the male equivalent though… and I’m not talking dudes can run faster, throw farther etc, etc but rather the relative skill level.

You can enter female MMA with decent kickboxing and nothing else and still do fairly well at this juncture.

Bloody hell.

the women will catch up. in a few years we will see many women being able to jam the

basketball. women will learn and acquire the skills needed to put on good shows. i’m not talking about one fight. i’m talking about 4 or 5 fights. i would personally love it. they should have a female bully beatdown considering how many teenage girls have gone ballistic and posted it on youtube. face the facts women are getting as violent as the men. this would be a good diversion for some of them. take up mma. yesterday’s thug can be tomorrow’s mma star.
