Report: Chris Lytle vs. Dong Hyun Kim At UFC 110
According to MMAFanhouse:
The UFC's first fight card in Australia is rounding out, with a fight between Chris Lytle and Dong Hyun Kim being added to the Feb. 21 UFC 110event, FanHouse's Ariel Helwani has learned.
Chris Lytle is coming off a unanimous decision win against Kevin Burns at the TUF 9 finale in what turned out to be an absolute slugfest. Lytle rebounded from being hurt early in the fight, and continued to wade in throwing bombs as that has become his style since losing a unanimous decision to former welterweight champion Matt Hughes at UFC 68. Kim is coming off a unanimous decision win over TJ Grant at UFC 100. Kim, who is undefeated at 12-0-1 NC specializes in judo, and will be looking to get this one to the ground. So it should be an interesting clash of styles. The rumored card for the UFC 110 event that hasn't been officially announced by the UFC appears as follows:
-Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Wanderlei Silva
-Mirko Cro Cop vs. Ben Rothwell
-Chris Lytle vs. Don Hyun Kim
-Stephan Bonnar vs. Krzystof Sosynski
-Igor Pokrajac vs. James Te Huna

great match-up, but they really need a good main event for this event. carwin vs cain perhaps? george saturapolis?(spelling) is an aussie. i would be surprised if he didn’t find his way on this card. i know he can beat dent, so i would like to see him step up a bit and fight a spencer fisher or a sam stout calibre fighter. also woundn’t mind seeing him fight danzig, since we robbed of that fight due to tommy spears eyepoke. :-)
i don't have to pay for the ufc events we see them for free up here
i know one of those dogs is going to win and i hope both come in. as for fight with danzig. if he does not win his next fight he would have four losses in a row. i think they would cut his contract. i agree this is not an attractive ppv if you had to pay for it. it’s strictly a business card for me as i do not have any of my favorite fighters on the card.
