Around SBN: Jerry Sandusky's Wife Tries To Run A Reporter Over

Quoteworthy: Denis Kang Talks Michael Bisping At UFC 105

From The Daily Telegraph:

He’s only lost to Rashad Evans, which was close, and to Dan Henderson. He knows how to win. He’s been put in difficult positions before and got out to win. He’s well rounded and aggressive.

"But I don’t see how he beats me. I hit harder than he does, I think I am faster and have better submissions. My wrestling is better than his. He is very good at avoiding submissions, so we will have to see how it goes. I am not looking for a submission or a knockout in particular, I just want to make a statement in this fight. However I beat him, I am looking to make a major statement."

I think this fight is more win-or-leave for Kang than it is for Bisping. Kang is supposed to be a world class fighter, tested in many promotions, while Bisping is relatively new blood.

It’s probably make-or-break for him — even if he isn’t shitcanned with a loss.

Bloody hell.

No doubt

If he can’t beat Bisping….then there’s no since in keeping him.

kang was actually do very well vs belcher but got caught in a submission he could.....

not get out of. i see kang with a second round knockout over bisping. anger can be a great motivator.

Kang

gassed against Belcher….which was caused(according to him) a ankle injury that prevented him from doing the proper cardio required during training camp.

This could either be:

a) A very dull fight where Bisping jabs his way to a decision (or at least tries to)
b) An explosive affair with these two fighting all over the place.

Bloody hell.

Now that I think about it wouldn’t surprise me if this fight played out similar to Akiyama/Belcher.

Bloody hell.

If he loses to Bisping, I kinda hope that they cut him loose. I’ve always felt that Kang was overrated, and even though I’ve felt the complete opposite of Belcher, Kang should have won that fight. That having been said, if Bisping tries to intentionally UD Kang like he has in his last two fights, I wouldn’t mind seeing Kang obliterate him.
