That's word according to Renzo Gracie himself as he spoke with Graciemag:
Either way, incredulous columnists and sedentary fans can rest at ease. No, Renzo is not going to fight in February, when he will be completely focused on cousin Rolles’s UFC debut. But…
"My relationship with the UFC is excellent. Something will happen…" he hints.
On his adversary, should it really be Matt Hughes, as has been speculated for weeks, Renzo confirms nothing. Nor does he deny it: "The match-up has been made. It's going down.
So, basically it's going to happen, but just not at UFC 109 in February as previously reported.

Hughes and Gracie
Hughes spoke at my school last night and he said he won’t be fighting until at least April or May and as far as I know he veto’d any ideas for 109 a while ago.

I hope this dont end like Renzo/Shamrock
But if Renzo were to win, he would have beaten Mlietich and Hughes.
