Makes me want to watch the show just to see what happens

but I’m sure this was the meat of it.

Rashad is right about one thing (and probably about a whole lot more): Rampage is a quitter.

Bloody hell.

Too bad we can't see this fight in a month.

After the show, I think they would have had to surround Rampage with 20 bodyguards for his walkout lol…

Bloody hell.

Ya know

After thinking about this….all of this negativity could make Rampage a very wealthy man if he plays it right…

People would mos def pay for the hope of seeing him get KTFO after TUF.

Bloody hell.

Exactly. There’s some “showman” in Quinton Jackson. I know everyone likes to think that what they’re seeing on T.V. is him 100%. I’m not so convinced. I’ll get into why at a later time.

Has Rampage ever really been put down by a punch?

by Charles Walker on Oct 28, 2009 9:34 AM EDT reply actions

Well he has been put down, that’s enough for me.

Bloody hell.

by 3PA on Oct 28, 2009 9:36 AM EDT up reply actions

Nah

It’s always been a barrage of knees…multiple jawns at that…son has a chin on him that’s for sure…

Man Wandy’s hands are huge.

Bloody hell.

by 3PA on Oct 28, 2009 10:04 AM EDT up reply actions

Yea

For his size…those PRIDE gloves are/were much thicker/bigger than the UFC jawns though I think.

Yeah they were bigger… but compare his hands to Rampage (of course you to scale it according to distance in a moving picture) but still…

Bloody hell.

by 3PA on Oct 28, 2009 10:39 AM EDT up reply actions

maaaaaaaaaaaaaaan maybe I need to give him a call and tell that fool just to fight Rashad and then go make more movies

by Charles Walker on Oct 28, 2009 9:52 AM EDT reply actions

That fight will happen in 2010.

by Rich Wyatt on Oct 28, 2009 11:42 AM EDT up reply actions

Don't bank on it

The rift between him and the UFC isn’t mending, it’s getting wider.

Bloody hell.

by 3PA on Oct 28, 2009 12:19 PM EDT up reply actions

Well

They ain’t gonna release him…he has fights left on the contract…and this fight will be too big not too do…IMO.

It absolutely would be a huge fight – but if it takes too long the feud will lose all momentum and people will forget/lose interest (case in point: Serra/Hughes… though this is by far a better fight though)

Bloody hell.

by 3PA on Oct 28, 2009 12:30 PM EDT up reply actions

Yo

With the way these fools talk smack…the momentum would gather quickly IMO…plus the style matchup screams fireworks…whereas Hughes/Serra you kind of expected it to be kind of boring(although as you said the fight was better than anticipated…least by my standards)

Didn’t Evans ko Rampage in their first fight??? So I guess if Evans only ko’ed couple fighters compared to Rampage, at least Evans can count Rampage as one of those ko’s.

This fight should have happened, Rampage needs to back his mouth up continually. Sure as shit if Dana White offers enough money, Rampage Jackson will be back in the octagon.
