Injury Bug Doesn't Discriminate, Strikeforce Bitten As Well
The November 7th card according to MMAWeekly:
A Nov. 7 fight that was bound to determine a contender to Strikeforce 145-pound women’s champion Cris "Cyborg" Santos is off.
Sources informed MMAWeekly.com on Tuesday that the showdown between Erin Toughill (10-2-1) and Marloes Coenen (16-3), scheduled for the undercard of Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Rogers, is off the card. Toughill had to withdraw due to an undisclosed medical condition
Then the November 20th card according to MMAJunkie:
A highly anticipated female matchup between Sarah Kaufman (10-0) and Takayo Hashi (12-1) has been scrapped from the upcoming "Strikeforce Challengers V: Woodley vs. Bears" event.
No reason was given as to why Kaufman was scratched from the card, but it doesn't appear to be because of an injury. According to her, she could still possibly fight before the year is out.

That’s not a disaster for them, too bad though – women’s MMA needs to get it cracking.
Bloody hell.

This fight should be on the TV card (not Main or co-Main Event, but still it needs to be seen) , otherwise they’ll have a hard time promoting the winner of it vs. Cyborg.
Bloody hell.

!["It's going to take a lot of time," he said. "I have to take it step by step. I cannot put so many pounds on in a short time. First, I will be a small heavyweight, and slowly I want to put more pounds on. It will take two, three years before I'm a solid heavyweight."
"They wanted me to sign for six fights," Mousasi said of the original deal. "I didn't want that. They didn't pay me that much. But money will come. I want to grow with Strikeforce as they grow with Showtime and CBS. I think it's a good place to be.
"If I had it in my mind, like OK, I'm going to the UFC, then I would have gone. But I have a new contract with DREAM, so I'm planning to stay busy and fight in Strikeforce and Japan constantly."
"I don't want to fight for too long," he said. "(At) 30, I'm finished. In my mind, (I just want) the amount of money that [would give me] a good life. Anymore than that, I don't need.
