Local Fighter Update: Roger "The Leprechaun" Carroll Victorious in Georgia!

North Carolina welterweight fighter Roger "The Leprechaun" Carroll (5-2)

Conover, North Carolina based fighter Roger "The Leprechaun" Carroll faced veteran welterweight Tim Stout (12-7) last night on a card in Georgia. Carroll had a great fight, at one point landing over 30 unanswered shots before finally sinking in a rear naked choke for the victory in the 2nd round. Stout is a talented guy with a lot of experience so this was a nice win for Carroll (5-2). That's now two wins for Roger in the past month. Carroll tells MMA For Real that he was able to come out of this fight relatively injury free. Congrats to Roger and Team Superior!
