Will This Help Frank Mir?

I give the guy credit in that he shows a great deal of humility in this video.

Pretty cool find. I was waiting for Bravo to take rest and a bong hit somewhere in that video. IMO, trying to learn and execute the rubber guard wouldn’t hurt anyone. But because of Nog’s size and jiu jitsu expertise, it may be a little difficult for Mir to pull it off against him.

I’ve always liked Mir. Couple of his comments on TUF sounded like he was arrogant but I believe he was just doing it to hype the show and fight up. He comes across as a smart fighter.

Will time spent with Bravo help him? Perhaps. I still don’t think he will be able to beat T-1000.
